Leendert van LIER (Amsterdam 1910 - Leendert van Lier was a Dutch painter, graphic artist, collector and art dealer. He lived and worked in Amsterdam, Utrecht, Veere and Blaricum and worked with different materials, such as oil paint, pastels and watercolor. Van Lier was a pupil of Dick van Luijn. He painted landscapes, still lifes and village views in an expressionist style. In Blaricum he became a member of the Gooische Schildersvereniging.
