Original small version of the Lieverdje, on a small marble pedestal. The large version of the statue of the Lieverdje stands on the Spui in Amsterdam. In the 1960s, it was the site for Provo demonstrations. The Amsterdam Lieverdje was a gift to the city of Amsterdam from the Hunter Cigarette Company.
I think there is a signature in it, hard to read. See photos.
