Biography of Ed Dukkers (Zandvoort, 1923 - 1996) Ed Dukkers, draftsman, painter... Drive, this word comes to mind when we think of the work of Ed Dukkers. A great passion for form, color, and composition. Anyone looking at his many paintings and drawings gets, through the clear and distinct strokes of brush and pencil, the unmistakable image of an enthusiastic and passionate artist. But even more than in his individual expressions, the drive and passion for the image are manifested in the wide variety of works he left behind. It can rightly be stated that Ed Dukkers, with his clear visual language in a multitude of works, created a unique oeuvre.
