Feike Otto van der Zee - Raw Hand signed verso - Sold

Feike Otto van der Zee is a visual artist and alumnus of the Minerva Academy of Fine Arts, as well as a law student at the University of Amsterdam. His work is direct, raw, and authentic, with the human body and sexuality as central themes. Instinct and intuition guide his artistic process, capturing the moment through drawings and, often, photography. He approaches models spontaneously, often on the street, which underscores the expressive and intuitive nature of his work. Although photography is primarily a byproduct, he actively uses powerful imagery. Van der Zee has abandoned painting and works more conceptually within a contemporary expressionist context.
