Frans Jacob IJserinkhuijsen (Amsterdam 1892-1959) was, naast tekenleraar in Amsterdam, een begaafd graficus. Hij had een voorliefde voor kerk- en watertorentjes, en tekende die veelvuldig in onder meer Amsterdam, Utrecht en Groningen. Ook molens en boerderijen beeldde hij graag af, evenals vogels en vissen.
