In the photo the ministers de Ruyter and Wiegel, in the middle Queen Juliana. This copy will have been given as a gift, on September 1, 1981 (see inscription on the back).
Both 82-metre-high office towers - designed by Architectenbureau Lucas+Niemeijer and characterized at the time as a top achievement in the field of architecture and construction in the Netherlands - were demolished in 2016 and partly converted into residential towers.
