Screen print by Herman Brood. Title: Chess. Edition: EA. Sheet dimensions: H95 x W120cm. Image dimensions: H85 x W107cm. The work is signed by the artist at the bottom left. The authenticity of the offered work is fully guaranteed. A certificate of authenticity can be emailed upon request after purchase and payment of the work.
- Collection: Upon purchase, the work can be collected in 's-Gravenzande or at our office in Zuidland.
- Shipping: See section 'Transport'. Unframed works are shipped rolled up in a round tube surrounded by a square tube. If you would like us to ship the work flat, this is possible at an additional cost.
- For framed artwork, we prefer collection. If this is not possible, we will ship the artwork well-packaged. However, any glass damage is not insured when shipping via Postnl. We can also ship the artwork via an art courier. The risk of damage is then minimal. The costs for an art courier within the Netherlands are: 49 euros for works with a value lower than 500 euros (Belgium 79 euros) and maximum dimensions of 150 x 110 cm. For works with a value of > 500 euros, the costs within the Netherlands are: 76.74 euros for works with dimensions of up to 150 x 110 cm (Belgium 138.68 euros). If the artwork is larger, the costs are 135.49 euros for the Netherlands (Belgium: 235.08 euros). We can ship a maximum of 5 works for this price. For other countries, we can provide a price upon request. Upon shipment, you will receive the Track & Trace code or the delivery date (courier) by email. Our shipping days are Tuesday and Thursday.
- Mounts/Frames: Damage to a frame is not described. However, if the work is framed behind glass and the glass is broken, this will be mentioned. Mounts are not guaranteed in any way and are not always included.
- Edition: The edition number in the photo may differ from the edition number mentioned above. If we have multiple copies in the same condition, we do not take a new photo for every sheet.
- Processing: If you are the highest bidder, you will receive a message via Kunstveiling regarding payment and processing. We will email you the track & trace code or the delivery date.
- Viewing: The purchase is covered by the Kunstveiling purchase guarantee. If you would still like to view a work before placing a bid, this is possible by appointment at the Kiewit Kunst branch in Zuidland. Please contact us to arrange this.
- Questions: We strive to provide as much information as possible in the auction description. However, if you still have questions, please use the 'Ask the seller' button to contact us. You can view other items we are offering by clicking on the seller's name.
- Statutory Resale Right: For works with a total price (including auction costs) exceeding €3,000, the statutory resale right of a maximum of 4% applies. The resale right must be paid by the buyer. Kiewit Kunst handles the financial settlement of the resale right compensation in accordance with the established provisions.
- VAT on invoice: We sell under the margin scheme. This means that we are not allowed to charge VAT on our invoice.
- Color deviation: Colors may differ from reality. Color deviations in photos on a computer screen are caused by differences in monitor settings (brightness, contrast, color temperature), the quality and technology of the screen, an inaccurate or missing color profile, and different color spaces (such as sRGB or Adobe RGB) used by cameras and software.
