Kuno Brinks werd geboren te Bussum op 24 maart 1908 en overleed te Amsterdam op 9 oktober 1992.
Opgeleid aan het Rijksinstituut tot opleiding van Tekenleraren 1924-1928 en de Academie voor Beeldende Kunst te Amsterdam 1929-1931. Leerling van o.a. Huib Luns.
Later docent aan de Academie voor Beeldende Kunst te Amsterdam van 1944-1973.
Verkreeg in 1933 de 1e prijs voor grafische kunst met de Prix de Rome en in 1959 de Arti medaille.
Graficus, illustrator, tekenaar en ontwerper van figuurvoorstellingen, landschap, naaktfiguren, portret en stadsgezicht.
