A fine example from the 'Heads' series by Lucebert. In September 1981, he created a series of interesting heads, each with a different shape. This triangular head is a good example of that. It is nice to see that Cobra influences were still visible in Lucebert's work in the early 1980s.
Signed in the lower left and dated in the lower right by the artist.
The work has recently been rinsed, flattened, and reinforced with an extra layer of paper. It was then neatly framed in a beautiful frame with an acid-free mat. Consequently, the work is ready to last for many more years.
The entire set is in top condition and can be hung on your wall immediately.
