• Collection: Upon purchase, the artwork can be collected in 's-Gravenzande. The collection period, upon prepayment, is generous. The buyer can collect the artwork later and, if desired, combine it with a visit to the beach (5 minutes away) or one of the cities in the immediate vicinity: The Hague / Scheveningen, Rotterdam, Delft.

Shipping: The purchased artwork can also be shipped via PostNL or an art courier. Unframed works are shipped rolled up in a round tube surrounded by a square tube. If you would like us to ship the artwork flat, this is possible at an additional cost.

For framed artwork, we prefer collection. If this is not possible, we will ship the work well-packaged. However, any glass damage is not insured. We can also ship the artwork via an art courier. The risk of damage is then minimal. Upon shipping, you will receive the Track & Trace code by email. Our shipping days are Tuesday and Thursday.

• Mounts/Frames: Damage to a frame is not described. However, if the work is framed behind glass and the glass is broken, this will be mentioned. Mounts are not guaranteed in any way and are not always included.

• Edition: The edition number in the photo may differ from the edition number mentioned above. If we have multiple copies in the same condition, we do not take a new photo for every sheet.

• Processing: If you are the highest bidder, you will receive the necessary information from us by email after the auction ends. This will contain details regarding payment and further processing.

• Viewing: The purchase is covered by the Kunstveiling purchase guarantee. If you would still like to view a work before placing a bid, this is possible by appointment at the Kiewit Kunst branch in 's-Gravenzande. Please contact us to arrange this.

• Statutory Resale Right: For works with a total price (including auction costs) exceeding €3,000, the statutory resale right of a maximum of 4% applies. The resale right must be paid by the buyer. Kiewit Kunst handles the financial settlement of the resale right compensation in accordance with the established provisions.

• VAT on invoice: We sell under the margin scheme. This means that we are not allowed to charge VAT on our invoice.

• Color deviation: Colors may differ from reality. Color deviations in photos on a computer screen are caused by differences in monitor settings (brightness, contrast, color temperature), the quality and technology of the screen, an inaccurate or missing color profile, and different color spaces (such as sRGB or Adobe RGB) used by cameras and software.
