The Bing II is air-powered and equipped with three 4D thrusters, which are being developed based on the Toymodel of Space theory. The engine consists of two pairs of cylinders inserted parallel into a metal block. Four pistons alternately move upwards and sideways. Thrust develops from the difference in speed and mass relative to the flight direction of the Earth and the solar system, amplified by centrifugal forces. Panamarenko is optimistic about the aircraft's good performance: “If my theory is correct, it means the bankruptcy of all oil sheikhs, because I tap the energy directly from the Big Bang...”
