Unique and highly decorative collection of 24 original French/Belgian wine labels (étiquettes de vin BD), professionally and sleekly framed behind glass with a black passe-partout/background in a beautiful wooden frame! Famous comic artists designed special limited edition labels in the 1980s and 1990s for various French wineries (such as Château Landrieu, Clos Meynard, Château Jean Melin) and beverage brands. Highlights in this collection: Seron (The Little Men / Les Petits Hommes): Multiple labels, including Bois Meynard, with numbering/pencil notation 35/120 and signature! Hausman: Beautifully illustrated label for Glen Torran Highland Single Malt Whisky. Dupa (Cubitus): Cheerful illustrations on Château Jean Melin. Other well-known Franco/Belgian comic characters and illustrators (Sammy, Château Canteloup, La Bièretaise, etc.). A beautiful conversation piece for the wine cellar, hospitality venue, or for the passionate comic and wine collector!
