Een klein bloemstilleven, olieverf op papier, van een ons onbekende kunstenaar.
-Gesigneerd linksonder (I. of L. Rayner?) en getiteld rechtsonder “Blue Leschenaultia”.
-Ingelijst in een bronzen lijstje met glasplaat.
-Jaartal onbekend. Voor 1945? Na 1945?
-Afmetingen: Lijstje, 19 x 10,5 cm. Beeld, ca. 13,5 x 9 cm.
-Herkomst: Uit een inboedel.
-Conditie: In goede staat met ouderdomssporen. De lijst heeft slijtplekjes.

De Blue Leschenaultia , is een plant uit de familie Goodeniaceae, afkomstig uit West-Australië. De struikvormige plant met de levendige blauwe bloemen werd voor het eerst beschreven in 1839 door John Lindley en werd voor het eerst gekweekt in het Verenigd Koninkrijk in de jaren 1840.
