About the artist and the works
Wilhelm Schlote completed his art education under the guidance of the legendary ZERO artist Heinz Mack. In 1980, Schlote lived and worked in the famous Parisian district of St. Germain-des-Prés, which explains his strong preference for French titles and poetic themes. Thanks to the high-quality giclée printing technique, the vibrant colors and authentic, dynamic pencil strokes are perfectly rendered. The interplay between the floral splendor of Bouquet and the dreamy atmosphere of Une petite étoile makes this set a beautiful addition to the wall.
