Marcin KARWIŃSKI (Jelenia Góra 1979)
Marcin Karwiński attended the art lyceum in Jelenia Góra-Cieplice and subsequently studied glass art and design at the Wrocław Academy of Fine Arts. He is a glass artist and designer of both sculptural objects and functional glass. His work is created through processes including sawing, cutting, grinding, and polishing glass. He explores the fragility and strength of the material and also incorporates old glass into new objects. Additionally, from the Netherlands, he develops projects in which art is made accessible to people with sensory impairments through touch, sound, and vibrations. He is an artist member of Pulchri Studio in The Hague.
