Biography Born in Bussum (NL) 1949. Self-taught. Lives and works in Spain for some time around 1970. In 1977 he makes an extensive study trip through Central America and the United States. Between 1978 and 1985 he made several study trips through Spain and Italy. Prizes 1977 - Incentive prize of the municipality of Bussum for graphic oeuvre. 1984 - Second prize for graphics of the city of Aarschot, Beldie. 1985 - First prize for painting from the city of Aarschot, Belgium. Projects and assignments 1981 - Project Ecce Homo, artist center De Vonk, Bussum 1981 - Percentage - assignment, 200 x 100 cm, Montessori school, Bussum 1985 - Cover of Larry Gowans LP “Strange Animal” for CBS, Canada. 1987 - Commission (painting, 140 x 200 cm) Nederlandse Gasunie, Utrecht. 1991 - Decor painting for IKON (3.5 x 20 meters). 1995 - Wall paintings and dome (approx. 50m2) on the theme of the 4 elements: earth, water, air and fire, Brouwershuys Morees Bavaria, Lieshout. 2006 - Commissioned ceiling painting (20 x 10 metres) Ophodenpijl / St. Jacobskerk Schipluiden. Work in public collections Bonnefanten Museum, Maastricht Museum 't Kruythuis, 's-Hertogenbosch De Sara Lee NV Utrecht Rabobank Amsterdam and surroundings, Diemen Literature G.
