A beautiful designer vase by designer/ceramist Dick van der Meijden (1956), his work strongly resembles the work of Jan van der Vaart.
This work presumably dates from the mid 1980s.
The vase has a geometrical shape and looks different from every angle; this is hard to photograph. The same goes for the turquoise-like colour, which has a warmth which is hard to capture.
Inside coated in black
Very sleek design, an eye-catcher
There is some slight signs of wear on the outside and at the bottom.
The coating on the inside has peeled here and there, but this does not affect the appearance.
